6shoreroad.com accepts free returns on domestic orders within 15 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund excluding original shipping charges. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, contains original tags, and hygienic liner for all swimwear. All items must be returned in the original condition. We cannot accept returns from outside retailers, only orders that were purchased from our store. Please include original invoice and credit memo with your return. Contact Customer Service to request a credit memo for your return. We reserve the right to deny any returns on items that are not in their original condition. Sale items are final sale.
We will cover the charges for shipping and handling on your first domestic return. In the case that another return is made, shipping charges will apply. We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you ship out your return to complete the process. You will receive notification through email once your return has been processed.

For International returns, please contact us directly. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for International orders. Please note: if you are based outside the U.S. you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

If you would like to exchange your original item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning. We cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange will be available once your return gets to us. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Despite our best efforts, product availability is not guaranteed. If the product you ordered is unavailable, our Customer Service department will contact you directly as soon as possible.
