ORDERING

 

What payment methods do you accept?

How is tax calculated in my order?

Orders shipping to New York and New Jersey will be charged sales tax.

 

What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?

All orders must be submitted by 1pm EST in order to ship out the same day. If the order is placed after this time, it will ship out the next business day. Please note, this applies to overnight shipping as well.

 

What does it mean to place a pre-order?

Pre-orders are orders placed for an item that is not currently available/in stock but are expected to be available to ship out at a later date. If you place a pre-order, the item is reserved for you but will ship out to you as soon as the item arrives to our warehouse. You will be billed for the item as soon as you place the order so that it is securely reserved for you. We will send you an email confirmation at the time of shipment as well.

 

What if I place an order for in-stock items and pre-orders at the same time?

Any in-stock items will ship out to you immediately and the pre-order items will ship out once the items arrive in our warehouse. You will only be charged once for shipping (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation email for both shipments when they are ready to ship out.

 

I have ordered the wrong item/size on accident. How can I edit my order?

       Please contact Customer Service immediately to edit any details on your order. However, we work hard to get your order shipped out as quickly possible. If the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can no longer update your order.

 

My order is lost in transit. What do I do?

       We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package.

 

Where is my order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation to your email shortly after submitting an order, please contact Customer Service.

 

 

RETURNS

 

I would like to return an item. How do I proceed?

        Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@6shoreroad.com and we will provide you with an electronic return label via email.

 

What do I need to include with my return?

       We only ask that you include a Credit Memo along with the item(s) you are returning (in its original condition) when shipping out your package. When you request a return, Customer Service will provide you with both a Credit Memo and electronic return label.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?

       Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date your package arrives to our warehouse for your return to completely process. We will send you an email confirmation once this is done.

 

My return is lost in transit. What do I do?

We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package.

How do I know my personal information is not shared?

Your privacy is guaranteed when you shop with 6 Shore Road. We do not release any of your personal information to outside parties. When shopping on our website, you voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, your date of birth, your e-mail address, and your credit card or other form of payment. All transactions are encrypted with 48 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and cannot be intercepted by outside parties. 

We gather non-personal information to enhance your shopping experience on our site and track data to collect how users navigate through the site. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our store, and communicating with you.
